Final conference of the project "persp@ctive - improving labor market prospects for young people from vulnerable groups"

Last week, the final conference of the project "persp@ctive - improving labor market prospects for youth from vulnerable groups" was held in Dnipro, which is implemented by the NGO "Narodna Dopomochka Ukraine", Itworks (Austria) and Eco-razeni (Moldova) with the support of the European Union (EU4YOUTH).

Together with key stakeholders – representatives of education, employment services, civil society organizations, and partners – we summed up the project, discussed the results, and shared experiences and ideas for the future.

The project's work was aimed at teenagers from vulnerable categories in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Chernivtsi, who underwent training in digital skills and entrepreneurship, and the most active of them received internships in leading companies.

The final conference was an important milestone in our joint work to provide young people from vulnerable groups with more opportunities for self-realization and professional development.
