The persp@ctive project aims to improve the digital competencies and
entrepreneurial skills of young people from vulnerable groups. We help them to better prepare for the demands of the modern labor market through training and counseling in both formal and informal contexts. The focus is on the Digital Career concept and competency testing based on the DigComp Framework, which allows participants to receive certificates of their skills. We develop accessible trainings that increase the chances of employment and help participants demonstrate their achievements.
The project “persp@ctive - improving labor market prospects through low threshold access to digital and entrepreneurial competencies for young people from socially disadvantaged groups in Moldova and Ukraine” is implemented from 03.06.2023 to 02.06.2025 by itworks Personalservice (Austria) in partnership with the NGO “Narodna Dopomoha Ukraine” (Ukraine) and the Eco-Razeni Association (Moldova) with funding from the European Union (EU4YOUTH).

Employment support through cooperation with national employment agencies helps to increase access to opportunities in the labor market.
