Humanitarian aid to victims of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion

For several days, from June 18 to 20, the team of the public organization "People's Aid Ukraine" was in the Kherson region.

We joined the process of helping the residents of this region, which suffered from the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.

Thanks to our reliable partners from Austria, the NGO "Volkshilfe Solidarität" @volkshilfe, we were able to bring and distribute humanitarian cargo: 40 tons of food, hygiene products and drinking water

We were in villages that were most affected by fighting, floods, and are actually on the contact line.
