Training "persp@ctive Company - easy access for young people to the basics of entrepreneurship"

From June 29 to July 2, 2024, the training "persp@ctive Company - easy access for young people to the basics of entrepreneurship" was held in the city of Dnipro. The goal of the training was to show teenagers the opportunity to start an entrepreneurial activity and inspire them to do so. 16 active young people participated in the event.

Over the course of four days, participants learned the basics of creating business ideas, marketing, financing, determining the target audience, calculating costs, and the psychological aspects of doing business. Through active participation in group tasks, discussions, and practical exercises, young people gained valuable knowledge and tools to implement their entrepreneurial ideas, as well as an interest in creating their own business and developing entrepreneurial skills.

The training took place within the framework of the project "persp@ctive - improving labor market prospects through low-threshold access to digital and entrepreneurial skills for young people from socially vulnerable groups in Moldova and Ukraine", supported by the European Union (EU4YOUTH). This project aims to ensure equal opportunities for all young people, regardless of their social status, and to promote their success in the labor market.
